Since 2012 we have been supporting the EMEA talent management of a global leader in logistics with the development and implementation of strategic HR and Organization Development projects.
In 2015 we used the business insight we had gained over the years to create a customer-specific Development Center for Middle Talents which reflects the specific business challenges of our client's managers.

Since 2011 we have been supporting a global leader in chemistry and life sciences in the rollout of an international Leadership Development Program. In this program we co-train with a team of local line managers in order to enhance the training's effectiveness and sustainability.
In addition to reflecting one's own leadership role and personality (use of MBTI / DisC) the blended learning program is focusing on a range of Leadership topics, such as communication, conflict management, performance management, change management, innovation and intercultural awareness.

We support a Christian hospital group in managing conflicts more effectively. Whether as mediators in conflicts between managers or as coaches for team development or conflict management seminars - we help our clients to better understand and manage conflict at all levels of the organization.
Since 2012 we support the global Human Resources Team of a global pharmaceutical company in improving team-effectiveness. We have delivered team-development sessions with varying team sizes (6 to 65 people) across the EMEA region. The team-development workshops typically are a mix of pure team-building, reflection of team-effectiveness and actual project work.

Since 2010 we have been supporting the German speaking countries of a leading universal bank with executive coaching and team-development. As coaches we work with leaders at Managing-Director, Director, and Vice-Presiedent levels on improving their effectiveness in the work arena. As part of the organization's Diversity Program we conduct orientation and development coaching with high potentials from the Private Wealth Management division of the bank. We also moderate team development workshops for the Global Investment Bank as well as Corporate Functions in the global headquarter of the bank.
