Karen holds a Master of Arts in HR Development from the University of Muenster and has gained several additional certifications to strengthen her professional skills, such as MBTI, FIRO-B and 360° Feedback instruments.
During her professional career Karen took on different HR roles. Her responsibilities included succession planning and training concepts for two European business units in the chemical industry, talent development and organizational development for a country organization as well as facilitating team building events with international groups.
In addition to a profound HR Development knowledge Karen brings a strong Change Management and Business Transformation expertise to her customers. She has supported several European-wide SAP role outs and implementations of new business models. During these assignments she conducted change impact analysis workshops with European business stakeholders, led the SAP role mapping process, managed trainer qualification and user training schedules as well as well as trained the HR Management team to become Change Partners for their organization.
Karen is a passionate trainer. Designing and delivering holistic training programs is one of her key strengths. With a strong customer focus Karen always looks at her clients’ needs with a systemic view to thoroughly understand the requirements before designing a development process.
She loves to utilize her expertise in different personality instruments such as MBTI® and OPQ®to integrate learning experiences and personal development in her training programs. When delivering HR work for an organization it is essential for her to always focus on sustainability of training concepts and development programs.
Karen is fluent in English and German, and experienced in delivering international and cross-cultural trainings.
