Sandra gained her Master’s degree in Politics, Sociology and Cultural Studies. Furthermore, she holds an MBA in general management. Sandra worked in different job areas and gained professional experience of many years. She worked for a labor organization and managed as project lead for the METRO Group complex international projects such as the employee survey with around 100.000 employees. Among other responsibilities, Sandra was also responsible for organizing the Assessment Centers of the METRO Group.
Today, Sandra supports international organizations in her role as Business Consultant. In workshops moderated by Sandra, executives reflect on their role and attitude. Intense leadership analyses such as Personality Inventory, Development Survey and Motives, and Values Preferences Inventory by Hogan support the client in better understanding him/herself and his/her relationships. Sandra is also a certified consultant for several evaluation and personality indicator tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Team Management System (TMS).
Recent assignments allowed Sandra to gain in-depths experience in the area of agile leadership. She is also an experienced systemic coach. Sandra’s Coaching-office is located in Düsseldorf. She lives with her husband close to Düsseldorf.
