Sandra grew up in Germany and for the past 12 years has been living with her family in England where she is a successful Talent Identification and Development Consultant and Executive Coach.
Sandra is an expert in Organisational Development and Coaching with more than 15 years’ experience in all aspects of talent identification and development.
Sandra has worked in corporate roles with large international corporations like Ecolab and Screwfix (Kingfisher Group) and also brings many years of experience as a professional Talent and Development Consultant with Insight HRC and a range of international Management Consultancies with whom she associates. In these roles she was able to gain a wealth of first-hand expertise and insight into the typical challenges as well as the great opportunities in the identification and development of an organisation’s talent-pool. Her industry expertise covers private, public and third sector clients, including bio-chemical, retail, telecommunications, IT, aerospace, healthcare, local authorities and many others.
Sandra holds a Master of Arts in HR Development (TU Kaiserslautern) and is a certified Coach (DGFP). She has in-depth experience in the design and delivery of high-impact assessment and development processes, including 360 degree feedback, competency frameworks and psychometrics. Sandra holds Expert Certificates in Occupational Testing and is trained to use a range of psychometric tools to ensure sound decisions during assessment and selection processes.
As a qualified coach she has worked on a 1:1 basis with individuals on all levels in organisations and has also successfully implemented coaching and mentoring schemes in various organisations, including the accredited qualification (ILM Level 5-7 coaching diplomas) of senior managers and HR practitioners as leadership coaches.
Sandra designs and delivers leadership and management development and organisational change interventions which blend a robust theoretical foundation with a very strong practical emphasis on the development of new ways of working and genuine transfer of learning back into the workplace to create the best possible ROI for her clients.
Her facilitation and coaching style is supportive, strength oriented, client centred and engaging.
